Egyptian Theater Hollywood

While Hollywood may seem to be all about the major blockbusters, if you're more a fan of indie and classic cinema, the Egyptian Theater is a great place to take in a movie. This historic theater dating back to the 1920s was lovingly restored in the 1990s, so now you can enjoy it in all its splendor. It was built in the Egyptian Revival style to reflect the public's fascination with the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb.

Walk of Fame

A Hollywood institution, the Walk of Fame is where you will find over 2,600 five-pointed terrazzo and brass stars bearing the names of a mix of actors, directors, musicians, producers, and many other famous people. You may find it a bit of a crush getting down the Walk of Fame, but it's worth it to see your favorite celeb's name set in the ground. Be mindful just to look and not touch; people have been walking on that sidewalk all day!
